Flora & Fauna

Flora & Fauna

In the vast plains of the Argentine Chaco, thorny forests give life to red quebracho and carob trees, while jaguars, tapirs, and peccaries roam among the dense vegetation and the banks of the Bermejo and Bermejito rivers. It's a privileged destination in terms of its diversity of birds and variety of reptiles and amphibians. The interaction of flora and fauna in these lands reveals the extraordinary adaptation of life to a challenging environment.

Culture

Culture

It is nourished by the ancestral traditions of the Wichis and Quoms tribes, as well as the Creole culture typical of the region. There are many myths and legends that convey the intimate connection of the inhabitants with their land, a cuisine that celebrates the fruits of the forest, and knowledge that is transformed into crafts.
